  1. GeoSpan v. EagleView - GeoSpan accused EagleView of infringing on their patent for a method of creating three-dimensional models using aerial images. The case was settled out of court in 2018.

  2. EagleView v. RoofWalk and EagleView v. Aerialogics - EagleView accused RoofWalk and Aerialogics of infringing on their patents related to roof measurements and property data analytics. The lawsuits were settled out of court.

  4. EagleView v. GAF and EagleView v. Nearmap - EagleView accused GAF and Nearmap of infringing on their patents related to aerial image processing and analysis. The lawsuits are ongoing.

  5. EagleView v. Roofr - EagleView accused Roofr of infringing on their patents related to property data analytics and filed a lawsuit in 2020. The case is ongoing.
